Yes, both Solo subscriptions and pay guarantee credits are 100% tax deductible!
How does Solo's free trial work?
Solo is free to download and offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription options. All subscriptions include a 7-day trial. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Solo's Smart Schedule and Pay Guarantee are now available in my city-can I upgrade?
Yes! Once you choose your upgraded monthly or annual plan you'll be able to access the Pro Plan with Solo's Smart Schedule and Pay Guarantee.
I was charged for a subscription. Can I request a refund?
Refund Policy - Effective Date: August 8, 2025
Solo does not offer refunds on subscription purchases except under limited circumstances as outlined below. Once a subscription charge has been processed, it is considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated below.
Refund Eligibility:
Monthly Plan: Refunds are not available once the free trial has ended and your first monthly payment has been processed. Be sure to cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
Quarterly Plan: You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of the initial charge. No refunds are issued for quarterly plans after this 3-day period.
